How parts reach you

In-stock parts

Anything already in our Nairobi yard can be collected the same day, or delivered within Nairobi by boda or courier the same or next day. Upcountry orders go out via your preferred bus/courier line the same week.

Sourced parts

If a part isn't in yard, we check with our Japan-based stockists. Small, sourced items usually land in 10–20 days by air or as part of a consolidated shipment. We confirm a landed price before you pay anything — no surprise costs once it clears customs.

Container orders

For garages or importers ordering in bulk, we can arrange a dedicated or shared container. Full container orders typically take 4–6 weeks door to door, depending on sailing schedules and clearance.

Payment & confirmation

• We confirm availability and price on WhatsApp or by phone before anything is booked.
• For sourced or container orders, we ask for a deposit to secure the part with our Japan contact.
• Balance is due on the part landing and being confirmed in good condition.
